DEVILED EGGS 
Boil and cool 6-8 eggs, slice in half and place yolks in bowl. Crumble yolks until mixture is broken into very small pieces. Mix with 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, add about 1 teaspoon mustard and about 2 tablespoons of Bitterroot Sweet Zucchini Relish. Mix together well and spoon into egg halves. 

CHICKEN OR TUNA SALAD SANDWICH
Take one can of chicken or tuna, drain. Add mayonnaise to desired texture, mix in 1-2 tablespoons of either Bitterroot Sweet or Dill Zucchini Relish, mix thoroughly and spread on your choice of favorite bread or just a bed of lettuce. Add some dried cranberries and chopped pecans to the Sweet for a crunchier flavor.

BBQ SAUCE
Mix one bottle of Chili Sauce with 1 teaspoon of brown mustard, 1/2 cup of grape jelly. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
Add 2 tablespoons Bitterroot Sweet Zucchini Relish. Mix together.

OTHER USES
Add either Bitterroot Sweet or Dill Zucchini Relish to potato or macaroni salad, depending on your taste. Spread either on your deli sandwich. Use instead of mayonnaise. Create your own version of a “Chicago Dog.”
NOTE: 
You can substitute any of our Relish options in these recipes to give you more flavor options.

REMEMBER—the Relish is best if chilled before using. Chilling enhances all the flavors!
